We unlock the creative and economic potential through specialized programming that connect passions to professions. We use music, media and arts education as a gateway for students to discover, explore and develop their talents, while also preparing them for creative and career pathways in the music, media and entertainment industry. Our programs help students discover their capacity for creativity, technological innovation and entrepreneurship.
Our guided creative and career pathway program is aimed at educating and empowering underrepresented, diverse youths, (including those connected to the justice system, foster youth, and those identifying as LGBTQI+), obtain creative career pathway exposure, skill development, career training services and real-world industry work experience.
